We jump right into things by talking about the new series on AMC with Kevin Smith and Greg Grunberg call "Geeking Out". We found out who wanted a Rusty Venture, where my super balls went, how Cam Newton folded like origami and I named 2 son of a bitches this week. In the Anime Shmanime segment we talked about new anime Mob Psycho 100,l from One Punch Man creator, Assassination Classroom season 2 has English dub to it and we discuss Dimension W and it appearing on Toonami this month. Bailey's Fitness Facts hits on different ways to get cardio into your workout and we talked about conjugate circuits, how they work and what they are. Alphas, Mentorship and Community Outreach.

Join us in a special holiday episode this week, as we had the privilege of interviewing a special guest of the Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity. We learn about his upbringing, why he joined the Alphas, as well as his mentorship to a risk youth group through the Alpha Phi Alpha Boys Institute. We also show respect to the youth programs the Sigmas and Kappas are upholding in their communities.
